JACUZZI

Do you have Jacuzzi rooms?

We have plenty of rooms with Jacuzzi inside (no time limit), each one is different, each with a specific theme, some with in room private SPA experience, some with cinematic wall to enjoy your favorite films or TV series on Netflix, some with oriental set up (Zen). PARKING

  • Do you have a parking?

Since we are located at the very center of Rome, we do not have a parking of our own. But we can redirect you to the nearest parking nearby, just send un an email at inro@irooms.it and we will give you all the necessary indications.

FAMILY

  • Do you have Family rooms?

Yes, we have a family room at iRooms. We also have our vacation apartments, ideal for families up to 4 persons. You can also take two rooms close to each other if you want more privacy. You can find all our proposals for a family of 4 in our website  https://www.irooms.it/ , just click the “BOOK NOW” button on the upper right or directly to this link : https://book.krossbooking.com/v4/irooms/  and insert the number of persons on your search and you can find the results for 3 to 4 persons rooms and or apartments.

 

CHILDREN

  • Is this a child friendly place?

iRooms is designed for those who wish to experience something new and different. Unfortunately, we are not the ideal place for couples with infant/s. If you are coming with your child, we invite to contact us beforehand, so that we can suggest the best solution for your needs. We have limited reception hours and our services as well. Inside in almost all the rooms you can find a kettle (or you can ask one); you can also ask for a baby cot (with extra payment)

 

PRIVATE BATHROOM

  • Is there a private bathroom inside the room?

Yes. All our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.

 

TOWELS

  • Are towels provided?

Yes. All our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.

 

TOILETRESS

  • Are toiletries provided?

Yes. All our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.

 

BEDSHEETS

  • Are bedsheets provided?

Yes. We provide the bedsheets in all our rooms, quilt, 4 pillows, hand, face, and big towels.

 

DAILY CLEANING

  • Do you clean the room every day?

Yes. We clean and disinfect the rooms every day. Towels are changed every day as well. Cleaning starts from 11:00 to 14:00 in the afternoon. Please leave the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign outside the door if you do not wish us to enter and clean the room

 

RECEPTION

  • Is the reception open 24 hours?

No. The reception is open everyday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  But iRooms assures you complete assistance during your stay. You can always reach us via phone, email, or social media even if the reception is closed already. We are always on hand to help you for you every necessity.

 

CHECK IN, CHECK OUT

  • What time is check in and check out?

Check in starts at from 15:00 PM. If you arrive before 15:00 PM, you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage.

Check in before 15:00 PM or check out after 11:00 can be requested (on availability), and it comes with an extra cost of €10 each hour

The luggage storage can have an extra cost hourly or daily cost based on the conditions of the hotel

 

LUGGAGE STORAGE

  • Do you have a luggage storage?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at our storage. The luggage storage can have an extra cost hourly or daily cost based on the conditions of the hotel

 

BREAKFAST

  • Is breakfast included?

The breakfast is a service included on the room rate, thus of you are booking a rate with breakfast you will find among the list of services included. Most the rates already include breakfast, but there are also “room only” rates available that does not include breakfast

Each iRooms location offers a different breakfast menu, but always with high quality and fresh products

 

RESERVATIONS

  • Can we book with you directly?

Absolutely yes! Booking directly with us can give you additional discount from the best rates you will find online. Not only that, you will receive additional services included in your rate:

  1. Free mini bar with snacks and soft drinks

  2. Tea and coffeemaker in the room

  3. Free Netflix on your smart TV

 

CREDIT CARD

  • Is the credit card required to make a reservation?

Yes, credit card is needed to complete your reservation. You can use the major credit cards like MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DINERS, JBC. You can also use the debit cards so long as it has the amount equal to your reservation. You can also pay your reservation via PayPal or bank transfer. For bank transfer, the latest payment transaction that we accept is 3 days prior to your arrival. The credit card owner should be the person who made the reservation. We may require you to present the credit card at check in for verification purposes. If you use the someone else’s credit card for payment (a friend, relative or family member), a written authorization from the card owner is required. If you use the credit only as a guarantee, there is no need for the written authorization. For any further inquiries you can contact us at info@irooms.it

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • How can I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation, you only need to use the link we sent you during the reservation process. If you have chosen to book the “prepaid nonrefundable rate”, it is not possible to cancel the reservation without penalty. If you have chosen to book the “refundable rate”, you can cancel your reservation 3 days (72 hours) prior to your arrival date, free of charge. DISABLED PERSONS

  • Is it accessible for disabled persons?

Unfortunately, not, we are located on historical buildings. There is a lift but there are also stairs that would make it difficult for the wheelchair to access.

 

PETS

  • Can we bring our pets?

We can accept your pets based on size and based on the room that you booked. We suggest you contact us beforehand so that we can give you proper guidance as to which rooms are available that can host you pets. Tel : 06 6784519, email : info@irooms.it . There is an extra cost of €30,00 to be paid for the room disinfection after your check out. It is strictly prohibited to leave your pet alone in the room.

 

MINORS

  • Do you allow minors to stay with you?

Minors below 18 years old can make a reservation with us only if there is an authorization signed by the parents. (the parents document must be attached)

 

LUNCH/DINNER

  • Is it possible to have lunch or dinner in your hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not have in house restaurant. But all our locations are in the center and there are so many restaurants near us. We have a list of restaurants nearby that we can suggest for you based on your preferences. In the room there is an iPad where you can order a home delivery from JustEat and have your food delivered directly in your room.

 

IRON

  • Do you have iron in the room?

There is no iron in the room, but you can ask the staff to provide you one and the staff will bring it in your room based on availability. We invite you to return it at the reception if you no longer need it so that other guests could get a chance to utilize it also

 

DAY USE

  • Is it possible to book a room only for few hours?

We have several Day Use proposals for a short stay from 4 hours or more. The proposals are the same for the Jacuzzi as well as design rooms (no Jacuzzi). For inquiries about rates and availability, you can contact our staff via email info@irooms.it or via phone 06 6784519

 

SMOKING

  • Is it allowed to smoke inside the room?

All our rooms at iRooms are nonsmoking, so it is strictly prohibited to smoke in the room. In some iRooms there is terrace dedicated for smokers. It is possible however to rent a disposable electronic cigarette. There is fine ranging from €50 to €500 for those who violate the nonsmoking policy of the hotel.

 

LAUNDRY

  • Is there a laundry service?

We do not have in-service laundry, but there are laundry services near iRooms. Just ask our staff and we will indicate to you the nearest laundry service. If your stay is longer, you can use our industrial laundry service (extra payment) But please be informed that we need at least 24 hours for your clean clothes to be delivered.

 

PAY TV

  • Do you have Sky or Pay TV?

iRooms has SMART TV services with Youtube (free) and Netflix (with extra payment but free if you book directly with us) There is no SKY TV or other Pay TV platforms

 

COVID 19

  • Is your hotel COVID free?

All iRooms locations have undergone complete disinfection in accordance with the government directives to ensure proper protection of its guests and staff from COVID19. In fact, we have introduced virtual check in, a new procedure that allows the guests to reach their room with complete privacy. We have prepared disinfectant gel at the entrance doors of iRooms.

 

VIRTUAL CHECK IN

  • How does virtual check in work?

Our new concept of hospitality for 2020 is virtual check in. With this new service you can do your check in online (like your flight) before your arrival. Afterwards you will receive a link that would allow you to open the doors and reach your room with complete privacy. All payments (room, taxes, and other services) can all be done directly online. All receipts of payments will also be sent automatically via email. You will be contacted by our staff to assist you with the virtual check in procedure and the services we offer in the room

 

MODIFY RESERVATION

  • Is it possible to modify the date of the reservation or the name of the guests who would stay?

If you booked the “nonrefundable rate” you cannot change the date of the reservation. If you booked the “refundable rate” you can modify your reservation at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to check in date. It is possible to change the names of the guest for every reservation. In case you already made the check in online, and you wish to change the name of the guests , please contact our staff at info@irooms.it or by phone 06 6784519

PAYMENTS

  • What is the accepted mode of payments?

The accepted mode of payments is the following:

  1. Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS, JBC, ATM CARD, also DEBIT CARDS if there is enough amount to cover the reservation)

  2. PayPal (just contact our staff so that we can send you our PayPal account) info@irooms.it phone : 06 6784519

  3. Bank Transfer (the latest transaction to be accepted should be at least 3 days prior to arrival date). For international bank transfers, at least 5 days prior to check in date. Please contact our staff at info@irooms.it so that we can send you our bank coordinates.

  4. Cash ( if check in is done while the reception is still open, from 08:00 AM to 22:00 PM)

  5. Stripe

  • What are the services available in the room?

Inside your room you will find:

RATES & CITY TAX

  • The rates in your website, is it per person or per room?

The rates in our website www.irooms.it are understood as per stay. In other words, the room rate for the selected period. The city tax (for non-Roman residents) that amounts to €3,50 for each person per night is not included in the room rate
